Job Description
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Tech Campus in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media location, helping deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, routine patrols, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and support secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report concerns per protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, team members.
• Document incidents and observations per Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
