Job Schedule- Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the utilities location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the utilities facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
- Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors, addressing inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters.
- Document incidents, observations, and/or activities as required by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal policies.
- Operate communication devices and/or security-related equipment as required by the post assignment.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
