Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day (Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM)

• Provide customer service by performing security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access and protect assets within the financial institution environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, security‑related hazards, or policy violations to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Maintain awareness of the surroundings and communicate any concerns or incidents promptly and accurately.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials when necessary.
• Follow established protocols for handling armed situations, maintaining readiness to respond appropriately to threats or emergencies.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
