, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare setting, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for patients, families, visitors, and staff. You will assist with access control, visitor support, communication, and response to security-related concerns while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare clinic setting.
• Monitor access to the facility from the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate clinic personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Observe lobby and reception-area activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.
• Assist with front-desk communications, including answering phones, providing directions, and supporting orderly entry and exit procedures for patients and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
