• Must live within commutable distance to Crestview, FL
• Truck required for Lead Installer (Under 10 years old; older trucks require evaluation)
• Ability to tow 8,000 lbs. and pull a 16' trailer
• Money-motivated & hardworking

• Annual Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000

• Typical Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Typical End Time: 4:00 PM
• Work Location:
  
  In-person (not remote)

• Proper use of hand tools and industrial floor grinders
• Applying coatings using brush and roller techniques
• Using hand flaking application
• Lifting and handling buckets of 50 lbs. or more
• Physical labor will be performed

• Construction or outdoor work background
• Familiarity with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Painting or concrete experience
• Hand tool experience
• Trackable work history
