• Perform repairs on residential and commercial properties, including drywall, flooring, carpentry, and painting.
• Assess damage and determine the best restoration approach.
• Work closely with project managers and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or property restoration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
