Team Qualifications (Must Have Requirements)

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities)

• High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services, in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications, under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, adequately stocked, and organized truck, and ensure all company equipment is in proper working order.
• Be accessible by phone and, as necessary, participate in the on-call schedule.
• Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed.
• You will assist other team members as opportunities arise and serve as a team leader when needed.
