- Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services, in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications, under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, adequately stocked, and organized truck, and ensure all company equipment is in proper working order.
- Be accessible by phone and, as necessary, participate in the on-call schedule.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed.
- You will assist other team members as opportunities arise and serve as a team leader when needed.
