Position Overview

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Associate Fire Alarm Inspector to assist with inspection and maintenance of fire alarm systems. The role involves working closely with sales, project teams, and clients to ensure systems are inspected and maintained in compliance with codes. Key Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate with relevant departments for testing and inspection.
• Test and maintain fire alarm systems.
• Ensure testing is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Log and transmit inspection reports using technical devices.
• Work under tight deadlines while complying with industry standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in learning about fire-life safety industry.
• Ability to learn NFPA code requirements.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards; ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification.
• Good organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
