Job Overview

Amenity Pool Services is hiring Pool Technicians to join our growing team! Amenity Pool Services provides expert pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and remodeling for both residential and commercial clients nationwide. As a Pool Technician, you will be crucial to our mission of creating happier and healthier moments by delivering premium service to our clients' swimming pools. Our Pool Technicians are responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing swimming pools, providing excellent customer service, and being a professional representative of Amenity Pool Services.

    Monday-Friday, on occasion Saturday
  • Compensation: Pool Technicians with Amenity Pool Services are paid per pool, so your earning potential is based on the route and your skills!

Essential Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and performing thorough maintenance:
    From brushing waterline tiles to skimming away debris, your duties encompass every aspect of pool upkeep.
  • Water Quality Management:
    Test and balance water chemistry with precision, ensuring optimal conditions for swimming and relaxation.
  • Equipment Care:
    Empty baskets, backwash filters, and perform necessary maintenance tasks to keep pool systems running smoothly.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our service.
  • Technological Proficiency:
    Utilize tools such as cell phones and our Salesforce platform for efficient task management and communication.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Physical Aptitude:
    Ability to lift heavy objects, withstand various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks with ease.
  • Swimming Proficiency:
    Comfort and competence in the water are essential.
  • Self-motivation:
    Work independently, achieving a 100% success rate in completing tasks without supervision.
  • Driver’s License:
    Hold a valid state driver's license; we provide a company vehicle and maintenance.
  • Legal Right to Work:
    Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
