Job Description SummaryScaffold E&D Foreman 2
LocationMust live in the Jacksonville, FL area. No relocation assistance is provided.
Responsibilities- Safely and effectively supervise a crew or supervise and direct up to (3) Foreman 1, each of whom may supervise up to (3) Lead carpenters, to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and Sunbelt Competent Person Procedures.
- Maintain safety and quality on the job site.
- Assist E&D Supervisor or E&D Construction Manager as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Combined experience as Scaffold E&D Carpenter, Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter, and Scaffold E&D Foreman 1 for a minimum of 5 years.
- Valid driver's license.
- Project management skills, including time and schedule management, cost control, and customer communication.
- Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights (fully willing to use fall protection and scaffolding equipment).
- Bilingual a plus.
- Must have scaffold leadership experience.
- Must live in Jacksonville, FL.

- Good knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to scaffolding.
- Understanding of various types of scaffolding material and ensuring intended loads are not exceeded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $23.58 - 29.47 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
