Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician- Performing HVAC Service & Repairs – Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues efficiently.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Ensuring a professional and positive experience for customers.
- Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics – Using schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Handling Service Calls – Responding to service requests within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville, IL
. - Maintaining Equipment & Work spaces – Ensuring all tools and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Using Computer Systems – Entering job details and reports into a system with basic computer literacy
- Driving to Job Sites – Traveling to customer locations
- 1+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment effectively
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to type on a keyboard with ease
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo drug testing and background screening
- Possession of EPA Section 608 TYPE 2 Certification
- Willingness to take service calls within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville
