About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Indianapolis as an In‑House Roofer/Carpenter! This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills in roofing and carpentry to restore homes and businesses to their former glory.

• Perform emergency service board-ups and roof tarps
• Perform roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.
• Execute carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Inspect and assess damage to roofs and structures to determine necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in roofing and carpentry.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Proven experience in roofing and carpentry, preferably in a restoration setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Certification in roofing or carpentry is a plus.
