Pay Rate: $28.00‑35.00/hour*

SummaryThe Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and walk‑in coolers.
Details- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
- Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
- Completes service calls accurately and promptly.
- Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
- Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with Whaley safety standards.
- Meets on‑call requirements.
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standard.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot; automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.
- Journeyman License and/or CFESA certification not required but would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Good driving record.
