• Must have proven experience in window and door installation
• Own truck and tools
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in re‑glazing - a plus!

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service
• Travel to our customer’s homes to install new products or repair existing products
• Take preventative measures, and escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
• Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
