We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and be able to perform a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and work with a team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and VRF systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any HVAC-related problems
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service calls

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and their components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
