• Perform landscape construction duties as directed by onsite managers
• Operate various hand and finishing tools
• Perform functions such as grading, installation, and mulching in a safe working environment
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties assigned
• Participate in appreciation and celebration events

• Must be energetic, hardworking, and dependable
• Must have the ability to work safely while operating heavy construction tools and materials
• Work well on a team
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Prior industry experience is not required
