• Assist with drywall, plaster, texture, and paint repairs.
• Assist Carpenters - framing, cabinetry, roof construction, decks, and fences.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Help maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on‑call schedule as emergencies occur
• Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise.

• Willingness to learn, develop and grow your skills in the carpentry trade.
• Ability to follow instruction and work well in a team.
• Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely.

• Have the ability to work on rotation with an on‑call schedule for emergencies.
