As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Train and mentor junior installers to enhance team performance.
- 3+ years of expereince as a HVAC Lead Installer
- EAP Universal
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
