We’re looking for dependable laborers who take pride in quality workmanship, building strong structures, and being part of a skilled crew with the eagerness to learn and progress their trade. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to integrity and dependability. This position will require efforts in installing docks/bulkheads/boathouses including pilings, tiebacks, concrete anchors, and timber framing.
This is a physically demanding role that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Assist with installation of bulkheads, docks, and tieback systems
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load, stage, and secure materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow instructions from foreman and project supervisors
- Work on barges, floating platforms, and shoreline terrain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working around water and uneven surfaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be punctual
- Valid Driver’s license
- Personal and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of bulkhead, dock, and shoreline systems
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
