Asa Commercial/IndustrialHVACDuctForeman,you'llleadandmanageHVACductworkinstallationandrelatedmechanicalconstructionactivitiesonjobsitesunderthedirectionofa Superintendentor Project Manager .You’llberesponsibleforoverseeingductworkcrews,promotingjobsitesafety,andensuringqualityworkiscompletedefficientlyandonschedule.
Key Responsibilities:- OrganizeandmanagecommercialandindustrialHVACductworkactivitiesonmechanicalconstructionjobsites.
- Promoteandenforce Green Mechanical ’ssafetypoliciesandprocedures.
- Interpretconstructiondocumentssuchasmechanicalblueprints,duct layouts,equipment schedules,and specifications.
- Generatematerialtakeoffsandmanageductworkmaterialsonsitetomaintainproductivity.
- Superviseandleadductworkcrews,subcontractors,andsupportpersonnel.
- Monitorfieldproductivityandmanageallocatedlaborhours.
- CoordinateHVACductworkequipment,materials,and deliveries.
- Coordinateductworkinstallationwithothermechanicalandconstructiontrades.
- Participateinprogressandcoordinationmeetings.
- Maintainnecessarycertificationsorlicensesapplicabletotherole.
- Completeandsubmitrequiredjobdocumentationandprogressreports.
- Performadditionaltasksasneededtosupportsuccessfulprojectdelivery.
We’relookingforexperiencedHVACductworkfieldleaderswhocanmotivatecrews,solve problems,andmaintainhighstandardsoneveryproject.
IdealQualifications:
- Minimumoffour(4) yearsofexperienceincommercialorindustrialHVACductworkormechanicalconstruction.
- ExperiencesupervisingcommercialorindustrialHVACductworkinstallationcrews(preferred).
- Strongleadershipandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretmechanicalplans,duct layouts,andconstructiondocuments.
- StrongknowledgeofHVACductworkinstallationmethods,materials,andindustrybestpractices.
- Dependable,adaptable,andteam-oriented.
- Strong planning,organization,andmaterialmanagementskills.
- Mustpassabackgroundcheckanddrugscreen.
