Asa Plumbing Foreman ,you'llleadandmanageplumbingconstructionactivitiesonjobsitesunderthedirectionofa

Superintendentor Project Manager .You’llberesponsibleforoverseeingplumbingcrews,promotingjobsitesafety,andensuringqualityplumbingworkiscompletedefficientlyandonschedule.

• Organizeandmanageplumbingtradeactivitiesoncommercialandindustrialconstructionjobsites.
• Promoteandenforce Green Mechanical ’ssafetypoliciesandprocedures.
• Interpretplumbingblueprints,construction documents,equipment schedules,specifications,andapplicablecodes.
• Generatematerialtakeoffsandmanageplumbingmaterialstomaintainproductivity.
• Superviseandleadplumbingcrews,subcontractors,andsupportpersonnel.
• Monitorfieldproductivityandmanageallocatedlaborhours.
• Coordinateplumbingequipment,fixtures,andmaterialdeliveries.
• Coordinateplumbinginstallationactivitieswithothertradesandprojectpersonnel.
• Participateinprogressandcoordinationmeetings.
• Maintainnecessaryplumbingcertificationsorlicensesapplicabletotherole.
• Completeandsubmitrequiredjobdocumentationandprogressreports.
• Performadditionaltasksasneededtosupportsuccessfulprojectdelivery.

• Minimumoffour(4) yearsofexperienceincommercialorindustrialplumbingconstruction.
• Experiencesupervisingplumbingconstructionprojects(preferred).
• Strongknowledgeofcommercialplumbingsystems,installation methods,andindustrybestpractices.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretplumbingplans,specifications,andconstructiondocuments.
• Workingknowledgeofapplicableplumbingcodesandregulations.
• Strong leadership,communication,and problem-solving skills.
• Abilitytocoordinateplumbingworkwithothertradesandprojectteams.
• Dependable,adaptable,andteam-oriented.
• Strong planning,organizational,andmaterialmanagementskills.
• Mustpassabackgroundcheckanddrugscreen.
