• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and system upgrades
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Maintain a professional appearance and work area
• Mentor and support Apprentice Plumbers
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, homeowner-friendly manner
