We are looking for full-time motivated workers to join our company.

Fiberglass technicians will create custom fiberglass parts using resin infusion, hand‑laying, and vacuum‑bagging techniques. Gel coat, infusion, fairing and/or paint experience is a plus.

• Four 10‑hour days per week (Monday through Thursday)

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Occasionally travel for road trips.
• A valid and clean driver license is required.
• Must be able to stand and work for 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Drug‑free workplace. Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and physical.

Hourly wage is dependent upon experience/training level.

Full‑time.

5 years of experience in fiberglass (Preferred).
