• Lead training sessions, driving exercises, and theoretical lessons on system behavior, intervention strategies, and safety protocols
• Coach and assess Safety Drivers during real‑world and test track operations
• Collaborate with development, testing, and safety teams to align training with current requirements
• Document training progress, conduct feedback sessions, and continuously improve methodologies
• Support the selection and onboarding of new Safety Drivers

• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
• Several years of driving experience and knowledge of U.S. regulations, ideally in professional or automated driving environments
• Experience in driver instruction or coaching; familiarity with Mobileye technology is a plus
• Strong technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools, navigation systems, and training software
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work in shifts
• Consent to Motor Vehicle Record check will be required
