RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining modern, scalable applications with Java
- Experience in designing and implementing technical architecture for Java-based microservices using Spring Boot
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring security, scalability, and high performance
- Experience in implementing scalable and fault-tolerant Spring Batch jobs for data processing
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience in deploying and monitoring cloud-native applications in Cloud (Azure / AWS)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, Git Lab, Docker, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills, experience with monitoring tools, logging, and production support
- Experience in US Mortgage Domain – Loan Default and Performing servicing
- Must be available to work onsite for 5 days a week
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mentoring junior developers
- Participation in system design and architectural discussions
- Familiarity with Agile/XP practices and the ability to influence team dynamics
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
