Solvd is hiring multiple Database Engineers to migrate a Tier-1 US payments platform and implement cross-region replication using DynamoDB Global Tables. You will codify infrastructure with Terraform or CDK, build an observability layer with Datadog and Cloud Watch, and author failover/runbooks for RTO/RPO targets.
You’ll work under the Principal Database Architect, collaborating with data and SRE teams to ensure data integrity and smooth cutovers during region failovers.
