Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working on large-scale ERP implementations involving SAP or other enterprise platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and integration services.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO/XI and enterprise application integration.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA, ABAP, SAP Fiori, and custom application development. - Experience designing and developing SAP extensions and integration solutions.
- Solid understanding of integration principles, architecture, patterns, and protocols, including:
- REST APIs
- OData
- SOAP
- XML and JSON
- Message Queues
- Identity and Access Management
- SAML and OAuth
- Experience supporting complex ERP implementations, integrations, and application development initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel locally and internationally, as required.
- Experience working in the professional services industry.
- Exposure to enterprise applications such as Replicon, Profinda, and pricing and resource management solutions.
- Experience integrating SAP with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Success Factors, SAP Concur, and Coupa.
- Experience with large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs.
- Experience working with international teams and diverse business stakeholders.
- Understanding of business processes related to financial management, professional services, engagement management, billing, time tracking, resource planning, pricing, and forecasting.
