Pay Range: $19.31 - $28.94 per hour

The Fit Pros at Chuze lead various fitness classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well‑being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members.

• Yoga
• Barre
• Pilates

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants
• Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements
• Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates
• Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the District Fitness Manager through regular check‑ins, training, and session evaluations
• Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials
• Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings
• Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications

* Applicable locations only. Instructors may use Kids Club for their own children while teaching

• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Walking and climbing stairs
• Leading and performing fitness classes
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
