Overview
Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL‑A regional drivers for a consistent, steady freight route offering reliable equipment and generous pay.
What You’ll Earn- Weekly base pay: $1,315 to $1,515
- Accessorial pay, including detention, layover, and holiday pay
- Additional compensation opportunities for covering more miles
Out 7‑9 days, earn 1 full day off for every 7 days out. Time off starts the day after you return home.
Reliable EquipmentKenworth T680 automatic truck with Smart Idle, 1500‑watt inverter, double bunks, new mattresses, bunk heater. Trucks are serviced every 6 months.
Benefits and Support- United Healthcare (starting 60 days)
- 401(k) with Fidelity match (starting 90 days)
- Orientation: 3 days, covering travel via rental car or Greyhound, with hotel/uber as needed
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Live within 250 miles of Ocala, FL
