BUS DRIVER – Jacksonville, FL Only

This position requires a CDL and School Bus (S) endorsement.

Provide safe, courteous bus transportation for school events and scheduled field trips.

• Exercise maximum regard for the safety and welfare of all transported students while operating a school bus
• Assist students in the loading and unloading process
• Communicate effectively and professionally with school staff and the public
• Provide maximum safety for passengers while on the bus and during loading and unloading
• Maintain orderly conduct of pupils and manage them in a positive and effective way
• Complete the school bus driver training program as prescribed by state and local policies
• Obey all traffic laws

• Good moral character
• Excellent driving record
• Valid driver's license for at least 5 years
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, DOT physical, and dexterity test
• Good verbal skills
• Well‑groomed and maintained personal appearance; well‑mannered

Job type:
Be part of the on‑call list during the 180‑day school year.

Pay: $20.00 per hour.
