Vehicle Shuttle Driver

Road & Rail Services is looking for Vehicle Shuttle Drivers to transport new vehicles from the port to designated parking bays in Blount Island, Jacksonville, FL. The position requires a TWIC badge and compliance with safety regulations.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year.

As a Vehicle Shuttle Driver, you will drive new cars from the port, park them in assigned bays, maintain inventory, and ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and procedures. The job involves 12‑hour shifts beginning at 6:00 am Monday–Saturday, with overtime pay. The role is outdoors in hot Florida weather.

• Safely drive and park new vehicles at designated locations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inventory.
• Follow assigned routes and ensure accurate parking.
• Maintain compliance with industry, customer, and company safety regulations.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ability.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Safety‑first mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet attendance requirements.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Composite/steel toe shoes required; boots are not authorized for drivers. Company will reimburse up to $70.00 for shoe purchase.
• TWIC Badge required.
