Delivery Driver - Domino's Pizza

What You'll Do

* Deliver pizzas and other menu items safely and efficiently

* Provide excellent customer service at the door and in-store

* Assist in-store with making pizzas, taking orders, stocking, and cleaning

* Handle cash and make change accurately

* Navigate to delivery addresses using maps or GPS

What We're Looking For

* At least 18 years old

* Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable, insured vehicle

* Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions

* Willingness to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions

Physical Requirements

* Stand and walk for long periods

* Lift up to 50 lbs (cases of ingredients/supplies)

* Carry pizza dough trays (about 12 lbs each)

* Work in hot and cold environments (ovens up to 500°F, coolers at 36°F)

Job Requirements - Delivery Driver

Pushing/Pulling:

* Move trays on dollies (stack approx. 24"-30" high), requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.

* Trays may also be pulled as needed.

Climbing:

* Occasionally navigate stairs or use a ladder to change prices, clean, or perform maintenance.

* During deliveries, may need to navigate multiple flights of stairs in homes or buildings.

Stooping/Bending:

* Forward bending at the waist during pizza assembly, front counter work, and ingredient stocking.

* Typical duration is 30-45 seconds per task, repeated frequently throughout the shift.

Crouching/Squatting:

* Occasionally required for stocking low shelves and cleaning floor-level areas.

Reaching:

* Continuous reaching in multiple directions:

* Up (occasionally above 72") to adjust oven controls, change signage, or move items from high shelves.

* Down for tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.

* Forward for topping pizzas, cleaning, or answering phones.

Hand Tasks:

* Continuous hand use and eye-hand coordination required.

* Frequent forceful use of forearms/wrists for shaping dough.

* Use of pizza peel, pizza cutter, and box assembly requiring frequent grasping and pinching.

* Must be able to grasp cans, tools, and small objects consistently.

Tools & Equipment:

* Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and other store equipment.

Driving Duties:

* Deliver orders by car and on foot to customers' doors.

* Distribute flyers and door hangers as assigned.

* Must have valid driver's license, safe driving record, and insured vehicle.

* Navigate varied terrain including multi-story buildings, private residences, and commercial sites.

Physical Demands:

* Carry pizzas, beverages, and other products during walking and climbing.

* Make multiple deliveries per shift.

* Travel between store, vehicle, and customer location.

Work

Conditions:

* Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering and working.

* Driving requires good far and night vision.
