At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Workflow Coordinator to be the mastermind behind our warehouse operations. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping everything on track—analyzing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring every shipment flows smoothly. • Pay Range: $18.27 – $21.63 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Optimize Workflow—Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency, allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability, and tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head‑on.
• Keep the Dock Moving—Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate & Collaborate—Be the bridge between teams! Keep leadership in the loop and work closely with cross‑functional teams to keep everything on track.
• Tackle other duties within your training and expertise.

• 1‑3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning.
• Tech‑savvy—Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder, Korber, AS400) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite).
• Detail‑oriented & analytical—Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Great communicator—Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively.
• Adaptable & organized—Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
• Reliable—We count on you, and so does the team.

• An associate’s degree or college coursework.
• Experience with JDA WMS.
• A solid understanding of warehouse operations.
