To attain goals and ensure effective operation of production systems within the agency while maintaining the loyalty and respect of the customer. To ensure that all work products are picked up and delivered according to customer needs. No high-pressure quotas.

• Drive a company box truck (26 ft) to pick up and deliver materials.
• Make sure deliveries are on time and handled with care.
• Load and unload items,confirmingproduct quality before loading and unloading.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Represent The Arc Jacksonville in a positive way with customers.
• Get delivery paperwork signed and return it to the team.
• Help keep the warehouse running smoothly when needed.
• Keepthevehicle clean, safe,fueled,and ready to go.

High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Florida driver’s license witha good driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• At least 1 year experience driving a box truck (26 ft)
• Warehouse or delivery experience preferred
• Ability to lift, load, and move materials with pallet jack and forklift (certification available through agency)
• Forklift certificationa plus

• Primary hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Occasional flexible hours may be needed
• Basic vehicle checks (fuel, visual inspection) required
• CPR/First Aid training available through employer

SALARY:$18.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience

Please note that all employees of The Arc Jacksonville must complete a background screening housed and managed by the Agency for Health Care Administrationcalled the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse is a first-in-the-nation enterprise system for background screening results of individuals required by law to undergo screening for employment in positions that provide services to vulnerable populations, as mandated by section
435.12, Florida Statutes.
