As a Delivery Associate, you'll operate a company-provided delivery van, work independently while being supported by an experienced operations team, with opportunities to grow into Lead Drivers, Dispatch Shifts, Operations, Fleet and/or Management roles.

Position Details and Compensation:

• $22.25
  an hour for Cargo Van
• 4-day work week (Open Availability)
• 3 days off a week
• Paid Training
• Performance Incentives
• No CDL needed

What You'll Do:

• Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
• Operate a company-provided delivery van
• Load and organize packages for your route
• Follow delivery routes using Amazon technology and utilize other mobile applications
• Maintain safe driving habits and follow all traffic laws
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
• Complete deliveries efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards

• North Florida weather:
  Hot, Humid, Rain, Thunderstorms, Cold (winter)
• Must be
  21 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a 5-panelpre-employment drug test
• Pass a background check
• Ability to lift packages up to
  50 lbs.
• Ability to safely enter and exit a delivery van throughout the day
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
