Oversee daily warehouse staff/operations ensuring that all outgoing orders are accurate, packed correctly, shipped correctly and processed in the system of record.
Responsibilities- Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory‑handling. Direct warehouse personnel as necessary.
- Inspect outgoing material against shipping paperwork.
- Ensure material is packed according to the requirement of the order.
- Verify outgoing orders to repair vendors are accurate.
- Schedule pickup from commercial carriers.
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of the MIS and accuracy of the physical inventory.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must have at least 4 years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience in supply management and logistical support functions.
- Must have an understanding of Military Supply Chain processes and inventory practices.
- Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance (as required).
- Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.
- Must have great organization, communications and time management skills.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
- The environmental characteristic for this position is a warehouse setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and comply with OSHA standards.
- Must be able to work 1st shift, and must be able to work overtime as needed.
