Position SummaryResponsible for receiving, staging, pulling, packing, and shipping products, including kits of loose components for preferred customers. Conduct inventory cycle counts when time permits. Requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Tasks / Responsibilities- Pull and verify materials for customer orders against the shipping pick ticket.
- Verify the condition and accuracy of the material count against the shipping pick ticket.
- Package materials and enter shipping information into UPS, Fed Ex, or Redwood portals.
- Confirm shipments in the P21 computer system.
- Assemble and package turbine kits of loose components.
- Coordinate with inside sales to confirm shipping requirements.
- Receive product in, verifying part numbers and counts.
- Support filing of shipping and quality documentation per procedures.
- Perform documentation tasks with focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in cycle counting of inventory when requested.
- Wear required safety equipment and follow all safety rules.
- Keep the workstation clean.
- Follow all company rules and regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Warehousing procedures understanding
- Receiving, inspecting, issuing materials
- Packaging and documentation practices
- Operation of forklift and other equipment
- Effective oral and written communication
- Interpersonal skills with tact, patience, courtesy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience (required)
- Forklift training certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- Experience operating electrohydraulic pallet jack
- Documentation handling and filing experience (plus)
Full‑time, Entry level.
