Job Summary

• Responsible for all warehouse roles within the Jacksonville facility.
• Order fulfillment: picking, packing and shipment processing.
• Inbound processing: accurate receiving, counting, sorting and labeling of inbound shipments.
• Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment and consolidation.
• Audit work processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Setup and train new associates.
• Maintain a clean and hazard‑free work environment.
• Audit cleaning duties and schedule.
• Check in on employees before, during and after shift.
• Research issues in CSD to find and correct problems.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal (team‑building) skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current forklift certification.
