The base pay for this position is $20 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Shift- Wed–Sat 6 am–4:30 pm

- The Warehouse Team Lead assists the supervisor with managing and overseeing all warehouse functions and ensuring smooth operations.
- Leads the receiving department and ensures proper use of its functions.
- Delegates and assigns work to maintain a 100% fill rate.
- Manages inventory and conducts training within the department.
- Ensures proper use and accountability of tools.
- Records hours and functions correctly (e.g., time clocks).
- Responds to email and verbal questions timely.
- Keeps product moving and oversees the cleanliness of the department, including daily trash compacting.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Working understanding of WMS system.
- Leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to make decisions with little to no guidance based on policies or common sense.
- Physical floor position involving moving/processing products and leading a team of warehouse associates.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
- Experience in more than one department (receiving, inventory control, pick, pack, ship and return).
- Experience composing and replying to emails.
- Power Equipment experience – must be able to operate or be willing to be trained on Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO).
- Experience creating and updating systems such as trouble tickets.
- 2+ years of work experience. Must have excellent attendance.
- Understanding of High Jump is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend English to ensure safety.
