Exciting Opportunity Awaits! We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) at Memorial Health. With a generous $20,000 Sign-On Bonus available, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment!

As a Cath Lab RN, you will provide peri-procedural nursing care for a variety of procedures, including:

• Vascular and coronary interventions
• Structural heart procedures
• Electrophysiology studies and ablations
• Device implants (pacemakers and ICDs)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient assessment and care planning
• Delegation and supervision of ancillary staff
• Documentation and participation in quality improvement initiatives
• Adherence to safety and professional standards

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Licensure as an RN in Illinois
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to perform high-acuity care and advanced procedural skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Additionally, you should be comfortable with:

• Prolonged standing and patient transfers
• Exposure to biohazards and other environmental factors

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range:

• Minimum: USD $30.23/Yr
• Maximum: USD $48.37/Yr
