What You'll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Promote resident comfort, safety, and independence
Support and mentor fellow nursing staff

Qualifications

Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for providing high-quality resident care
