Bonus Program

You will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid out every period based on restaurant performance.

Responsibilities
  • Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
  • Coach and train all employees to operational excellence, ensuring restaurant success.
  • Complete inventory counts every other week.
  • Maintain a clean restaurant and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with profit & loss responsibility, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects, stand, walk constantly for entire shifts, navigate confined spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment.

  • State of Maryland: $53,000 to $58,000.
  • State of New York: $55,000 to $60,000.
