Whatare we looking for?
- Minimum one year of general clerical and/or customer service experience required.
- Hotel/resort or temporary lodging facility experience preferred.
- Skill to operate a state of the art computerized reservation system.
- Skill to audit accounting and reservation records.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office machines.
- Knowledge of customer service techniques to deal with various ranks of guests and situations.
