Responsibilities:
* Lead and support assembly, disassembly, and overhaul of V-22 aircraft components for maintenance, modification, or repair purposes.

* Perform component replacements and upgrades to correct failures or implement technical changes.

* Configure and test aerospace vehicles and related bench test equipment to validate performance and system readiness.

* Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems using established diagnostics procedures and test equipment.

* Conduct validation and verification testing on systems and components to ensure compliance with serviceability standards.

* Document all maintenance actions, including repairs, test results, modifications, and inspections to meet contractual and regulatory compliance.

* Perform flight-worthiness inspections and verify the serviceability of components before installation.

* Assist with discrepancy reconciliation and collaborate with engineering on any unresolved technical issues.

* Maintain strict adherence to FOD control, tool control, and safety protocols in an aircraft maintenance environment.

* Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced technicians.

* Work independently under general direction.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance
* Hands-on experience with V-22 aircraft maintenance and/or modification.

Preferred Qualifications:

* FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.

* Experience in Depot-level modification programs for military or aerospace aircraft.
