Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Salary: $14.50 – $16.50 per hour. Part‑time – flexible, traditional and non‑traditional hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• This team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them. Productivity‑based wage increases are possible.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is desirable.
• No inventory experience? No problem – we will train you if you have discipline.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Will submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel via car and plane, including overnight stays.
