Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate – Country Club Road Financial Center

OverviewResponsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions, triaging client leads, making referrals, meeting clients to review financial goals, recommending products, and ensuring compliance with SAFE Act requirements.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions.
- Success in creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
