• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/13/2025 – End: 1/12/2026)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1740-$1860

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (North Carolina or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current CPI certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Willingness to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (no local candidates for this travel nurse job)
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Monitor and support mothers and infants throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech electronic health records
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process
• Float to similar or lower acuity units as required by facility needs
• Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
