Compensation

Pay: $75,000‑$90,000 + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and after‑care of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Achieve practice growth with a strong sales mindset while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Conduct local community outreach, including health fairs and building physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories; maintain current understanding of third‑party payors and payment methods.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with PCC and Manager to achieve clinic KPIs.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
  • Communicate test results and proposed treatments in clear terms to patients.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Active Audiology License or meeting state requirements.
