CompensationPay: $75,000‑$90,000 + Uncapped Commission

- Provide quality care and after‑care of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong sales mindset while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Conduct local community outreach, including health fairs and building physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories; maintain current understanding of third‑party payors and payment methods.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with PCC and Manager to achieve clinic KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
- Communicate test results and proposed treatments in clear terms to patients.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Dive deep into management insights and participate in growth initiatives.
- Take part in the Amplify Leadership Program for guidance and real‑world exposure.
- Become a proctor or mentor for the next generation of hearing care professionals.
