Ultrasound Tech (PRN)

Location: 3606 Henderson Drive, Jacksonville, North Carolina 28546

Position Type: PRN (as needed)

Work Schedule: Cover PTO/vacation hours and work evening hours 2-3 days per week.

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for providing quality patient care while producing ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment. The responsibilities also include completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARDMS registered and specific modality certification (i.e., AB, VT,  )
• Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active

• 0 – 2+ years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

• Knowledge of Ultrasound procedures and standards
• Skill in operation of Ultrasound equipment
• Customer service background and focus
