At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Facility Based Crisis Center in Jacksonville, NC.

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will deliver essential medical care and medication management for mental health and substance abuse clients in our short-term crisis/detox center. Core duties include patient screening, prescription management, and coordinating after-care and referral services. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team, provide guidance to Medical Assistants, and ensure meticulous medical documentation is maintained for a safe and therapeutic environment.

Rotation A:
Evening: 7 pm - 7 am (Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

• Competitive salary: $27-$30/hr. for this full-time position
